Med schools?

I know that a high percentage of ND premeds get into med school but do they get into the top med schools? Is a list of the schools that ND premeds are accepted into posted anywhere?
Thanks

I don't have one on-hand, but anecdotally I had several pre-med friends when I was at ND (graduated '07) and they all ended up at very good medical schools.

well, what do you consider a "top" med school?

ALPP
Columbia (dentistry)
Emory (public health)
Georgetown
Purdue
Loyola
Michigan State
Ohio State
Tulane
Minnesota
Miami
Washington

SCPP
Florida State
Emory
Creighton
Georgetown
Tufts (dentistry)
Irvine
Berkeley
Chicago
Illinois
Michigan
Pittsburgh
Texas
Virginia
Wisconsin
Yale
Wake Forest

Those are just names that stood out to me, I don't know what medical schools are considered top.

I don't know what the ALPP and SCPP mean, but Purdue doesn't even have a medical school. Harvard, Stanford, Johns Hopkins, Wash U, Duke, Mayo all should be on that list.

Thanks - I found some of the stats. I was actually looking for Harvard and Yale - Yale was on the list but not Harvard.

This is what I found:
from 2005
2 hopkins, 1 penn, 9 NW, 4 uchicago, 3 yale, 2 duke, 0 stanford
from 2004
0 hopkins, 2 penn, 8 NW, 6 uchicago, 1 yale, 1 duke, 1 stanford

ALPP are arts and letters majors
SCPP are science majors

my mistake on the Purdue thing, it is IUPUI

and those are only for the class of 07

And now that I look again Vanderbilt, Northwestern, Arizona are only the list of medical schools too.

The info you guys are providing, at least for the class of 2007 definitely seems incomplete. I know two domers at Yale, and there are 7 of us at Chicago. I know of at least two at Harvard, and there are people at Michigan and Wash U too.

Princess ND, that is impressive. I misunderstood what grandfand was asking and bpayne's answer. My response involved mostly older ND grads that went to top medical schools.
