Just realized, don’t think we’ve sent in any medical forms, like immunization records and such.

When are these due?

Do you need to have these in before you can register for Bama Bound?

They get turned it at Bama Bound.

TB test and other boosters are needed, so take care of that now.

If your doctor doesn’t stock the meningitis shot, then go to the Bama health center during Bama Bound and they’ll give the shot.

It looks like you can fax them, mail them, or turn them in during orientation. Here’s the info on the website: [The University of Alabama – Student Health Center Immunizations](http://www.cchs.ua.edu/shc/immunizations/)

Momofonly1 is correct that you can send the forms in ahead of time, just follow up to make sure they received the form. For me, the biggest hassles were getting the Tb test (not required by colleges in my region) and helping the nurses figure out how to complete the form.

Re: The TB test…

Since this is a “two-part test”, it’s important to get this done before Bama Bound. First the “injection” is done, then a couple of days later the area of the injection must be “read” by a health professional and recorded.

You guys are great - just made appt. for DSs Physical and shots…

anything else you need me to do? ;)
