<p>Does USC offer some form of medical insurance for its students (either free or purchasable).</p>
<p>I believe students automatically receive health insurance when they enroll for the semester. I remember it showing up as like a $130 item on the financial statement. </p>
<p>Students already covered, either from their parents' plan or otherwise, can opt-out of the program and have the USC charge refunded. You just have to take some paperwork to the health services office.</p>
