Most med schools will require you to report both grades from your CC and university. Usually, your quarter units are multiplied by 0.67 to match up with the semester units (the common scale in universities). Good luck and be prepared for ochem!

All medical schools require you to report your community college grades and your 4 year college grades. I would not retake the classes, but rather do better in all your future classes. As a side note, it does not look good to take community college classes after doing bad in the same class at a 4year; it shows that you are trying to take the easier route. I would just advise against taking pre-reqs at a cc (science classes & English).

If you apply to DO schools they practice grade replacement. So if you got a D in a class and you retook the course, DO schools would replace your D entirely with an A for example. For MD schools, they will average the two grades.
