Would it be in fashion to replace vanity mirrors with non-inset medicine cabinets? I need more bathroom storage. If it’s not too grandmotherish, then what styles are trending?
we installed these in my daughters’ bathroom. Super functional (tons of storage) and I love how it looks:

Oh, I should check out IKEA, Coralbrook uses their cabinets for kitchens all the time.

IKEA cabinetry is a great value for $$ spent.
Their Hemnes and Pax product lines are classics.

You can also look into lighted cabinet mirrors, kind of like this one:

This company is located just north of us, in Everett, WA, and I’m a huge fan of their products. I do not think their lighted cabinets are grandmotherish at all. We have their TV mirrors, and they were easy to install.

Love, love, love the lighted LED mirrors. We have them in every bathroom in our house and the cabin. They eliminate the need for those awful overhead vanity lights with the awful shadowing. The LED mirrors are great for hair and makeup.
