I am an Indian, and am planning to move to the USA permanently. I really, really wish to be a doctor there, but I can't afford it. Should I do my medical education here and then go for residency to USA, or should I do undergrad here and then apply for medical school there? Problem is, I am not wealthy, so medical school in USA would be possible only if I get financial aid. But if I am moving to the States, perhaps I should study medicine befitting that place? Any thoughts please?

you’re “planning to move to the US permanently” because your parents are permanent residents? Is it a hope/a dream, or is it already settled legally?
You can’t just 'move permanently" like that - receiving a student visa in fact depends on your NOT wanting to settle permanently in the US and being able to demonstrate that! Medical schools in the US do not provide financial aid even for Americans -they have to take on insane amounts of loans - and most medical schools do not admit internationals (they do admit permanent residents).
Note that in the US, medical school is a professional school that comes after 4 years of college. You can’t enter medical school straight out of high school.
If you’re not a permanent resident, the simplest path is indeed medical education in India then board exams in the US.
