Okay so I'm considering applying to CalTech but i've read on their site that they require that I take the sat AND act....does this mean I have to submit the scores for both tests? I'm asking because the only sat I took happened to also be my first standardized test so I only managed to pull out a 2120. However after prepping, I took the act next and got a 36. So I'm wondering if CalTech(or any good engineering school) would want both scores(otherwise how would they know if I've taken the sat) or if sending the act
would be enough....because I really don't want to take either of them again. Thanks in advance!

Looks optional to me. Send in your 36. Plus send in SAT Subject test in Math 2 and one other Subject test. Congrats
