Mediocre schools with honors programs that pay tuition

<p>Sorry to bring back this ancient thread, but does anyone have verification for this comment?</p>

If you go to Michigan State which has a nice honors program, and get a 33 on your ACT, not only do you get offered a professorial assistantship that gives you a stipend for 2 years, you also get in state tuition, and then theres a test you take after accepted that may give you a chance to give you a full ride if you’re smart enough.
