<p>Yes, many of them do. Good choirs are much less concentrated at elite universities than a cappella groups are; there isn't really a pattern. HYP etc. have spectacular choirs but so do a lot of much less well known schools like St. Olaf.</p>

Like many such pages, it has sound clips of live recordings. It's a good way to get a sense of what's going on vocally at a particular school, so check a few pages out and see how they sound.</p>
<p>definately look into swarthmore, it really is an amazing school if you find that you fit there. Also, if you are leaning towards Columbia and perhaps don't mind going to an all girls school, consider barnard (literally across the street, sister schoool) you could still take classes and even live in Columbia. Also, try looking into NYU, Fordham, UPenn.</p>
