meet dec 15 deadline or not?

<p>Princeton lists its "priority deadline" as December 15, and I understand that this is for interview scheduling. I havent started on the summer essay as of tonight and I'm still polishing my main essay and supplemental essay. I could turn it in by tomorrow but I feel like my essays would be better if I waited a week or so. Will turning in the application later hurt my chances of getting an interview? Does turning it in earlier than the Jan 1 deadline help any?</p>

<p>it may hurt your chances for your interview, although a friend of mine was in the same situation as you are in right now, and she got into princeton. And she got an interview. In the end, I really dont think it really plays a particularly crucial role. You shouldn't worry about it - just get it done before the actual deadline.</p>
