Meeting with panel Crisis.

Hi guys, I posted before about my problem and this is what happen at the meeting.

Anyway, apparently I was caught cheating in my biol exam, because the TA saw me looking around too much. Although all the tests were in different forms so I wasn't even looking at the paper just the student's back.

I arrived at the meeting there was my teacher and the secretary who is there to inform us the University cheating policy. She said she will not take a side but throughout the WHOLE DAMN THING SHE SEEMS LIKE YOU IS TAKING THE TEACHER SIDE. Anyway, my teacher came unprepared and wanted to let the panel decide. She said that she didn't get a chance to look at my test although the test is in multiple choice in different form (A,B,C) so now she is looking for similarities.

My defense: I came in late because I had to stay long in Calculus because the teacher is going over a test that day. So I sat where I could in the back of the room. When i came in they were already passing out the test. Apparently there were 3 girls who sat in front of me. The teacher said that I was looking at the girl paper because she was leaning back and she could see from the angle that I had clear vision. I'm not sure how to reply to this. All i could said was I didn't have my glasses on that day (i'm negative -1.75 eyesight) exams letters are too small and I can't see from that distance(62 inches). I'm wondering how I can measure how far I can see to strengthen my case. Regardless, she said she wanted to put to a panel in which put me in a worst situation because now they can suspend/expel me instead of giving me an F or 0 in for the grade.

I feel depress, and now the lady just informed me that you have 5 days to give the panel the things you want them to look at. I feel like they wanted me to lose. I don't know what to give them. I'm scared, I feel sorry for myself. Do you guys have any advice for me?

I'm sorry for the bad english.
