What determines the status of Member or Junior Member underneath the name on posts?

When you reach 300 posts (and posts in the cafe section don’t count), you are a “member”. 1000 posts brings you to “senior member”.
Ok, thanks. I figured it had something to do with posts but I didn’t know how many. Just one of those things that bothers me.
