Meningitis form - did I wait too long?

<p>Although we did all other paperwork, we forgot to send in the meningitis form for the dorm requirement. My son was set to be in the honors dorm and met that deadline. </p>

<p>Is it too late if I send the form in Monday? Will he still get in the dorm he was supposed to be able to get in? </p>

<p>Well I haven’t done it either. I thought you just had to do it before your NSC, but I could be wrong.</p>

<p>You will not be assigned a room until they have it in hand. Assignments usually go out in early July if I remember correctly so it may or may not have put you at a disadvantage. Call and ask them tomorrow and then fax it to them.</p>

<p>I sent mine today, so they’ll get it tomorrow too :D. My arm is KILLING ME.</p>

<p>I think you’ll get housing, but youre less likely to get the ones you want.</p>

<p>it doesnt effect anything. as long as it is in before housing assignments are handed out</p>

<p>i talked to housing today and when you send your vaccination in does not affect your place on the housing. you will be given an assignment it just cannot be sent to you until you send in the shot record</p>

<p>does the department of reslife let you know that they’ve received it? I got my shot on Friday but have just scanned and emailed the paperwork yesterday.</p>

<p>yeah they faxed something to my mother and said that they had received everything!</p>

<p>@highlandman - I don’t remember receiving any notification from them for my daughter. I called and asked them. You might want to wait a week and then send them an email inquiry as to whether or not they have received it. Be sure to include your UIN and full name in the email.</p>

<p>yeah. if you applied for housing and you were not on the waitlist, you will have an assignment but they will not send it to you until they receive the form!</p>
