I was recently accepted into TAMU (Transfer). I received my shot in August of 2009, but it would have to be September of 2009 to count as valid. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to not have to receive the shot. Should I file the exemption or pay the $139 (Which I will not have by NSC).

Email/Call the University

If you can not afford the shot, you could receive the shot at a County Free Clinic or you might want to call Beutel Health Clinic at A&M. As an incoming student you can receive immunizations. http://shs.tamu.edu/medicalclinic/faq

I will do that early tomorrow. Thank you all so much.
