Hey, i used to have ADD when i was younger and used to take riddlin for it. I hated taking medication and after about 5th grade stopped. I still have slight concentration problems, and my grades were pretty low until junior year, my SAT's arent too hot either ( i couldnt focus after 5th sections and sometimes circle at random) I didnt adress it because i was afraid it would be making excuses. should I sendin a letter discussing this?

I have ADD, but I wasn't diagnosed until halfway through junior year and I'm taking medication for that.

So bump, because I'd be interested in this answer too.

ohh ok. i also didnt get special accomadation on SAT because i thought i was fine.

It might make an admission difference at some schools so it makes sense to send a letter outlining your situation. If you are looking for accomodations for SAT testing or at the school, you will need to have the ADD documented by a professional who has seen you recently.
