As for Vandy, all I can say is that you have excellent stats and the decisions probably depend on how well applications are presented. Look at the Vandy website, they may have stats/bio of students who previously received these scholarships. That could give you some idea about what to emphasize on your application and how strong you are next to prior recipients.</p>
