Merit Aid Info

Does anyone know how the merit scholarships are at Pepperdine? I don't think I would qualify for much need, but I might be able to qualify for a merit scholarship. So how many kids get merit aid every year?

From what I've heard from the adcom that came to my town, Pepperdine only gives merit aid to the top 10% of the students who apply; It comes with 22,000-28,000 and you usually enter with honors. There are also a few department grants and scholarships, but I think you may have to apply separately for a few of the (don't quote me on this part).

Here's a link you might find helpful: Sources of Assistance | Financial Assistance | Seaver College | Pepperdine University

I remember my D being one of a few fairly competitive applicants who where dissapointed they did not get merit money last year. It seems they where looking for something more. I'll try to add a link.
