Hi, I applied to Earlham EA and had a question about merit scholarship eligibility. I'm looking all over the website, and I can't tell if there is a separate app/essay for the merit scholarships. Do I have to fill anything out or am I automatically considered for scholarships like the Presidential Scholarships? Thanks so much!

My daughter received the Presidential Scholarship. She didn’t apply for it, she was notified of the award a few weeks after she received her acceptance letter.

Check out this one.

Thanks so much, guys. From the info they give, I’m assuming there’s nothing you have to apply for with a separate app/essay. Hope I’m right. The website is actually pretty unclear…

My daughter received the Presidential Honors Scholarship and didn’t have to do anything extra to apply for it; in other words, her application for admission was also her application for the scholarship.

Looking at the list that PhoenixR posted, the Bonner is the only one that mentions a separate application. But if you want to be sure, don’t hesitate to contact Admissions.
