<p>It is less specific these days than it used to be. Until last year, I could, with near certainty, predict what a student would be offered in merit money based on their stats. But now they seem to be using the merit offers to “shape” the class more, and taking into account more factors. Which is great, but definitely makes it hard to predict.</p>
<p>I was accepted with a 33/32 ACT, 90/100 unweighted with a 95/100 weighted, 11 AP classes, vast amount of volunteering extracurriculars, varsity soccer 4 years, visited tulane and shown much interest (wrote the why tulane) I have received the 22,000 a year scholarship ( Founders) and will be applying for the Paul Tulane-- i love the essay prompts!</p>
