Out-of-State Scholarships - Undergraduate Scholarships - The University of Alabama
"UA SCHOLAR

An out-of-state first time freshman student who meets the December 1st scholarship priority deadline, has a 30-31 ACT or 1330-1390 SAT score and at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA will be selected as a UA Scholar and will receive 2/3 tuition for four years.

PRESIDENTIAL SCHOLAR

An out-of-state first-time freshman student who meets the December 1st scholarship priority deadline, has a 32-36 ACT or 1400-1600 SAT score and at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA will be selected as a Presidential Scholar and will receive the value of out-of-state tuition for four years."

Are there other universities with merit based scholarships like this, if so please list some. I like this because there is no limit to how many people receive the scholarship thus you only need the SAT score.

I don’t think there are higher ranking schls with same scholarships. There is a link to other assured scholarships, but I don’t have it right now. Hopefully someone will post it.
