<p>Does anyone know if the separate application for the presidential scholarship is the only merit based aid they hand out? Meaning, if you don't fill that out, you do not qualify for any merit based aid at all? Also, on the presidential scholarship application, do you have to complete all three essays, or just one of the three. Thanks in advance.</p>
