Merit Based Awards for International Students? Help

I'm looking for a college that could give me enough so that i would pay about 15,000 a year which is what my parents are offering.
I am an international students,
top 3 in my class,
97.51 GPA (4.0 i believe),
8 Aps, (5's on four of them, 4 on one and currently taking 3)
2090 SAT 740 Math/680Writing/670 Reading

If you apply QUICKLY to the University of Alabama…send in scores, transcripts, etc, then the university will give you a full tuition scholarship for your stats.

The app is quick and easy…also submit the scholarship app. First you’d do the school app, then you’d get a follow up email with log-in instructions, then quickly fill out the scholarship app.

There are no essays or teacher recs needed. Both apps are easy to do…they take about 5 minutes.

You would get the Presidential Scholarship (full tuition) because your Math + CR is 1400+ and you have over a 3.5 GPA.

You need to apply quickly because Alabama requires that int’ls get ACCEPTED by Dec 1st. Alabama processes apps rather quickly, but int’l apps can take a bit longer since transcripts are coming from abroad and such.

What is your major?

PRESIDENTIAL SCHOLAR

An out-of-state first-time freshman student who meets the December 1st scholarship priority deadline, has a 32-36 ACT or 1400-1600 SAT score [critical reading and math scores only] and at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA will be selected as a Presidential Scholar and will receive the value of out-of-state tuition for four years.

I knew I had forgotten something, I’m planning to major either in Business Management or Computer Science, or ideally both if at all possible, but if not choose one depending on which is strongest in the school I get accepted to.

Some of the merit aid listed in these two threads is available for international students:

But, as mom2collegekids points out, a lot of these scholarships have early cut-off dates so you need to do the research very quickly and get those applications out NOW.
