Merit Based Scholarship: Community College Transfer

Hello,

My daughter is in an unusual situation: due to completing HS abroad she is now at Community College. She will complete all credits for transfer in fall of 2020. She has outstanding grades/perfect and has selected all the pre-med requirements.
Ethnicity Hispanic Income above need based.
Is there a college with a great reputation that possibly provide a full scholarship? She would be pre-med ( Transferring to complete her last 2 years).

Your in-state public universities may have scholarships for in-state students.

But scholarships for transfer students are less common than those for frosh, and often highly competitive.
