<p>Towson University in Maryland is offering an International Student Scholarship program for the Fall 2008 semester.</p>
<p>They are offering annual, merit based scholarships to qualified undergraduate international students who apply to Towson before June 1st. The scholarships do not require a separate application, as successful students are notified of their award at the time of admission.</p>

<p>English Requirement: TOEFL 550/213/77 or Grade A in College Composition at a U.S. college or university</p>
