Merit Based Scholarships?

<p>I was wondering if there were any merit-based scholarships available to students (once they enroll and finish a couple semesters). I know about the President's Scholarship, but I didn't qualify. If not based on merit, what else?</p>

Major: Electrical Engineering
Ethnicity: Indian
Gender: Male
Interested in: Research</p>
