Merit Scholarship for NHRP

Does NU have any specific scholarships for National Hispanic Recognition Program scholars, or are they known to give a lot of merit aid for it (that might not be part of a designated NHRP scholarship like the kind BU has)?

Also:
I was a NMSF (224 PSAT), but got rejected in January for not having a high enough GPA; my counselor called them and asked them why and tried to tell them I was in the IB Diploma Programme, but they said my C+ in Pre-Cal junior year "did not reflect" my PSAT performance (even though my 730 on SAT math should have done that). This is really disappointing since I just found out that NMF = more or less full tuition at Northeastern. Is there any kind of official appeal process we can go through? My guidance counselor just called in.

I’ve heard there’s an appeal process, and that a lot of people who are rejected do get it that way, but I don’t know exactly what it is. I’d ask around in the National Merit subforum thing- that was where I heard in the first place.
