For those ED accepted students, has anyone received a merit scholarship award letter yet?

Nothing yet…we are still waiting on his acceptance packet for Game Design and Development too. I called today and they said we should receive it by the weekend.

My son’s scholarship came from a somewhat different office (tuition exchange with my home university), so although we have heard, I don’t think it is the same for FAFSA driven aid and RIT sponsored aid/scholarships.

Thanks for the replies…we are crossing our fingers in anticipation!

solittlesleep - my heart started beating faster after reading your post. I would be so happy to have the info. by this weekend. Feb. 15 is right around the corner, and I want some time to digest this before we commit with a deposit.

w2behome…it would be nice if they included scholarship amounts, huh? I don’t know if you are in state or out of state. We are out of state so the board fee is much more. I’ve gone on several scholarship sites and some of them are just plain…bs…asking you to put in cell phone numbers of friends. Why does this have to be so tiresome! I know we are planning on going to the April 5th session of accepted students.

D received a merit award letter today. So thankful for it and proud of her.

We are WAY OOS. We are considering the April 12 Open House, but we’ll have to see. The week of April 5 definitely won’t work for us.

W2BeHome…that’s great to hear and congratulations! I am glad to see that the letters are being processed and hopefully we will hear soon.

Our son’s merit scholarship letter arrived today and we are very thankful and very proud of him!

ayraton - Congratulations! I’m so glad you didn’t have to wait over the weekend. I know that once you know others know, the waiting is 10x more difficult.
