So I graduated high school a few months ago (June 2013) and decided I didn't want to go to college. A little late, I realized that wasn't such a bright idea. Now I'm starting to think about applying to colleges for the fall of 2014. I do have 6 college credits, but I earned them through an early college program - Early College for ME - during my senior year. I'm not planning on attending college at all between now and the fall of 2014.

Does anyone know if I would still qualify for merit scholarships (specifically out-of-state tuition waivers and institutional scholarships for incoming freshmen)?

Right now I'm leaning towards the University of Louisiana at Monroe if I'm eligible for scholarships, so if anyone happens to know anything about ULM in particular, please share. I emailed the school about it, but it's the weekend, so I figure I won't hear back from them until at least Monday. (I figure no one will know about this college in particular, but it's worth a shot, right?)
