BERKELEY … no merit really for int’ls or OOS students.
UCLA… the same.
Cornell and Columbia…ivies…they don’t give merit.
NYU…stingy with aid, even worse with int’ls.
You’re an int’l, so aid is very limited here. How much will your parents pay each year?
If you want or need merit scholarships, then apply to the schools that give them to int’ls with YOUR stats.
What is your M+CR score from a single sitting? That is often what merit is based on.
