Merit scholarships for Transfer students?

Does Stevens provide Transfer students with generous Merit scholarships? I am an international transfer student, applied for Spring 2017 and waiting for the decision.

I am unfamiliar with that process (international transfer), but they usually include estimated aid either with your acceptance or shortly after.
