<p>you mean the open interest halls in mesa court? Some of the halls are Sepcial Interest and some are Open Interest. Special interest is themed as i'm sure you know...... if you're asking about open interest it's just halls which don't have a "theme." So basically its just normal dorm life. That's the kind I was in. I'm not too sure how a "themed" hall changes the experiences, or gives you more to do.... maybe they have meetings or workshops or something... I dont know. But Open interest is just a bunch of random people.</p>
