<p>CotoDeCasa, I like some of your rankings...but putting Harvard at #10 for academic rankings is crazy. Harvard belongs among the top 4 or 5 academically speaking. It is amazing in all the sciences, humanities, languages, social sciences and international studies. Harvard's only weakness is Engineering.</p>
<p>And leaving Michigan out of the top 10 (even the top 5) professional schools would wrong. </p>
<p>Michigan's Business School is ranked anywhere between #1 and #10. Most would rank it somewhere between #5-#8.</p>
<p>Michigan's school of Engineering is ranked anywhere between #5 and #8.</p>
<p>Michigan's Law School is ranked anywhere between #2 and #7.</p>
<p>Michigan's Medical School is ranked anywhere between #5 and #10.</p>
<p>Michigan is the only university in the US that is ranked in the top 10 in all 4 professional programs (Stanford is the other).</p>
<p>I would say as far as professional schools are concerned, Michigan is somewhere between #3 and #6.</p>
