Message from the Dean.

I applied to the BSPH school at TAMU for the Spring early August and I just got a personal email from the dean himself asking me if I had any questions regarding the major or TAMU in general. What should I get from this? Is this normal? I don’t know what to think.

It’s a brand new major, so I expect he is trying to build the program. Not sure what it means, but it can only be good!

My kids got personal notes from their dean in the Business School when they accepted. I thought it was a nice touch. I don’t know if everyone gets one - I’ve never asked. Irregardless, I think it is great that a dean takes the time to write to a student. I’d imagine that if he is writing to you before acceptance, you should take it as a very good sign!

Thank you, you two for both replying! This makes me very hopeful!

I am unsure if you guys are interested in knowing but I did get my acceptance yesterday with another email from the dean!
