messed up real bad in UGBA 101B

So basically I'm taking UGBA 101B now in the summer. I did poorly on the first midterm because I didn't study enough. I got a 42%. But then again the class average is 51% with an SD of 19. That said if I grind out the class I can get a C or a C+ in the class without the curve which I have no idea what it will be. That puts me in a bad pickle for Haas.

My current GPA is 3.88. I have A, A- in Math 16A/B and R1A/B, and I took Econ 1 through CC classes and got an A in each. I'm taking stats now and will probably get a B+ or A-.

That said, should I P/NP UGBA 101B and take Econ 100B at a later date? I mean if I get the C I'll plummet in GPA badly.

I did however have an internship the summer prior to senior year, and after senior year as well. This summer consisted of summer school. But I also opened my own company. I didn't really participate in EC at Berkeley because I wasn't really interested in what most did. I am a member of BIG, but then again the question should be who isn't?

I feel like if I P/NP UGBA 101B I'm screwed because I already have 4 breadths I took P/NP. At this point it can't be undone what matters is what I can prevent.

For the fall I'm taking UGBA 10, and an AC course, plus 2 upper division Haas courses if I get in because well...why not? It's UGBA 151 and 102A I believe. OR should I not take those? I think I'm going to drop one because of 10 and then just take another breadth.

I feel like I'm terribly screwed. The deadline is tonight mind you.

Thanks!

Cheers
