Messed up with Rec. Letters, will the college understand?

So I wasn't aware that the CommonApp provided a tab for teacher recommendations and evaluations and figured since my college required recommendations, all I had to do was ask them to mail their letter to the college. I feel so dumb now and don't know what to do. Should I just print out the evaluation sheet for them as well and have that mailed to the college so all the materials are sent or should I email the college admissions office, let them know about my mistake, and have the teachers go through the process all over again through the CommonApp?

I had initially intended on applying ED (with a Jan 1st deadline) and thought I had all my materials needed but now that I've realized I'm missing teacher evaluations and my counselor's recommendation and school report, I'll have to apply RD. Is there any way to get around this and still apply ED? As in, submitting my application but recommendation materials afterwards?
Thank you for any help!

I just replied on your other thread on this: Mailing recs is completely fine. When you fill out the rec section of the common app, select offline. Many high schools still send out school documents by mail, so as long as you requested them through your school and they were sent, you’re fine.

I just selected offline on the commonapp. I won’t be able to get back to my high school and give my teacher and counselor the offline materials until the 5th. Would it be possible for me to finish all other aspects of my application (questions, essays, finaid material) and select the Early Decision option and have the recommendation materials mailed after the deadline or would I just have to do it all Regular Decision? The RD deadline is the 15th.

As long as you have your portion of the application submitted by the deadline you are fine with either deadline. The school stuff and scores can arrive later (not a long time later, but later).
