Mexican-American's Chances at Yale SCEA

Hey, everyone. Sighs Well, the application season has already begun for most of us, what with practice essays and sample applications, and such. Yale is my dream school, and I'd just like to get my chances evaluated before I try and apply SCEA.

Mexican-American female
GPA: 100.82
Rank: ~4/826
SAT: 2160, but I'm retesting, in the hopes of breaking a 2200.
SATII's: Haven't taken 'em yet, but I'll probably take either Math IIC, Physics, Spanish, or History. I'm pretty sure that I'd score above 700 for each of these, with a score exceeding 750 for Spanish and Physics
AP Classes: I'll have taken 12 AP classes by graduation.

EC's
*French Club-Newly Elected VP. I'm one of the leaders in organizing a "jumelage" which is a contract of sorts which would make Eagle Pass (my town) and another town in France called Beziers "sister-cities," thus helping the economy and education of my city. If the jumelage is completed quickly, I'll be the chairperson of a committee which will raise money in order to organize an exchange program between EP and Beziers.
*Student Council member, representative for Physics
*Interact Club- Community service organization
*Media Tech Club- Co-Recording Secretary, but this club wasn't very active
*NHS - Newly Elected Historian

*UIL Competition for French - Second Place at a Region-wide meet
*UIL Competition for Ready Writing - 2 First Places, 1 Second Place, 1 Third Place at various invitational, region-wide meets

I can assume that my reccomendations would be excellent, and I'm a great writer, so my essay's would probably be pretty decent.

As a URM with these stats, do I have a decent chance at SCEA? Also, would the fact that the average SAT score for my school is less than 1,000? Thanks for the input!

Yes, you do. Do remember however, that with a 9% admit rate and 1000's of strong apps, no one has a lock. Do apply, and SCEA will help, but also cover yourself with some solid match and safety schools. While you're at it, go for some additional reaches, Harvard, Princeton, UChicago, Rice, Amherst, etc. You may be able to trade off financial aid offers. If you're from Eagle Pass, TX, then UT is a solid safety with the 10% rule.
