Miami (Ohio) Farmer Business School - 2190 SAT 3.8 UW

<p>Hello internet! I was wondering if people could chance me for admission into the Farmer School of Business at Miami University in Ohio and also tell me if I have any chance of receiving a merit scholarship (I think I qualify for half to full tuition, but I might be missing something). I've posted this in the school-specific forum but didn't get any replies, so I thought I'd try the general chances forum.</p>

<p>Basics: White, Female, Jewish, MA resident
GPA: 3.8 UW, 4.65 W (out of 5) *my school doesn't count freshman year in GPA calculations, so if Miami recalculates, that would have an impact
Rank: N/A
Scores: SAT 2190, CR+M 1460
APs: Junior year - Chem (5), Bio (5); Senior Year - Psych, Calc BC, self-study Macroeconomics
*my other classes are honors except for english, and my school doesn't let you take APs until junior year
Extracurriculars by end of senior year (parentheses represent grades in which I participate):
-Mock Trial (9-12, co-captain senior year)
-Badminton (11-12)
-Anime Club (11-12)
-Religious school (8-11, ends in 11th grade)
-Cashier at local supermarket (11-12, 9 hours a week)
-Teen Voices (11-12) (youth group that works with city government to plan events)</p>

<p>What’s the problem with UMass Amherst Isenberg? I understand Babson is not a safety, or NEU D’Amore-McKim, much less NYU Stern, which is reachable (I could understand if you didn’t want to go to NYU Stern, though, it’s likely to be unaffordable)</p>

<p>Thank you for your replies. @Catria‌ I’m certainly applying to UMass Amherst. I was confident UMiami was a safety in general, but wasn’t sure about the business school, since I couldn’t find any median stats for it.</p>
