<p>Congratulations. Both would be fine. Pitt has amazing resources/opportunities right there with their highly ranked med school and hospital system.</p>
<p>Caveat: What I know of Pitt comes from my D’s impressions during the med school admissions process. UG life day to day encompasses much more than research/med opps. Go where she feels she can do her best and be happiest.</p>

<p>I just checked the student ratings on Princeton Review to see if there were any dramatic dissimilarities. There aren’t. FWIW, on campus Q of L, academics, and percentage of on-campus residents, the two schools are virtually identical. Two very different settings - I think it’s just a matter of which one feels right.</p>
<p>Oops . . . Miami U. is the one in Ohio, right? In that case, the PR campus Q of L ratings are different - basically an “A” for Pitt and a “C” for Miami of Ohio. Take PR’s survey data with a grain of salt, but considering that they garner opinions from a number of undergrads, those opinions should be at least as informed as ours on CC.</p>
