Hi, I applied to the University of Michigan and I received an email saying my application was incomplete and that it would be withdrawn. I checked to see what was missing and it is the "school report." Everything else (app, supplement, transcript, SAT scores, and teacher recommendation) has been received. Does anyone know what the "school report" is? I know for a fact that my high school does not use the counselor recommendation sheet from the common app, they use their own forms/method so I am wondering if that has to do with anything. I really hope this hasn't ruined my chance for admission. Thank you for the help!!!

You’re going to have to call admissions to ask.

The “school report” on the common app requires the HS counselor to fill it out, online. My D’s school resisted at first also (they wanted to send the photo copied usual response), but we convinced them they had to do otherwise.

Good luck!

I believe it’s something your school sends with your transcript.
