This Thursday is gonna be a good one. ESPN, not ESPNU or ESPN2 or anything. I bet the bucknuts are scared about playing in AA.

myccname, why would Maguo want to go to PSU? To watch Michigan destroy the Nittany Lions in every sport and in academic rankings? hehe Carr has won 7 straight vs PSU...most of those where blowouts! My personal favorite was our 34-8 win at PSU in 1997! But our 27-0 win in the Big House in 1998 and our 33-11 win in 2000 were all equally pretty! Oh, and did I forget to mention our dominating 20-0 win at PSU in 2001? LOL Go Blue!!!

On a side note, I will say that Joe Pa is, in my opinion, the best college coach of all time. He is a man I respect greatly. Everything from his Brown University undergraduate education, to his Law degree, to his coaching style, to his attitude toward players and students, to his generous contributions to education etc...He is truly a class act.

Those were good, but I liked the excitement of this years game. There's just so many great Michigan games to choose from.

Yeah, this year was awesome...even more awesome when you consider the fact that we were theonly loss on PSU's schedule. Had it not been for Michigan, PSU could have played for all the marbles at the Rose Bowl.

No, even if UM had not beat PSU, PSU would still be playing in the Orange Bowl. The only thing that would have gotten PSU in is if the Bush Push had not worked, or Bush didn't get 513 APY against Fresno State or if VY didn't turn it up in the second half against OkSt. or if OSU had beat Texas.
I actually got accepted to Penn State last night.
As far as the PSU-UM series goes, I'll admit that UM has dominated recently. But that is only because Penn State has been terrible over the last five years. Also, in 2002, during overtime between the teams, there was a very questionable call as Bryant Johnson's (PSU) feet were clearly in bounds, and should have been a touchdown for a PSU win. However, with no replay, it was ruled incomplete, and UM went on to win.
And if we are to agree on anything Alex, I guess it is that JoePa is a great coach.
Go Penn State!!!

JoePa has a great recruiting season too. The old man still has it in him. He is one of my favorite coaches too... may be right after General Bo.

whats goin onnn?! 2 out of the last three (consecutive, cough) losses were in the "blowout" category...

Look at the injuries
Dion Harris
Lester Abram
Jerret Smith

Most of our backcourt gone, not to mention Daniel and Brent are playing hurt.
