Michigan Promise Scholarship?

<p>I need help from Michigan people. I am eligible for the Michigan Promise Scholarship but my school claims they never got my info. I keep calling Michigan's DOE but I haven't gotten an answer (I literally call twice a day three or four days a week). It won't let me certify the promise scholarship online because it doesn't like my last name (it has an '). </p>

<p>My questions: has anyone else ever had this problem with Michigan's Promise Scholarship before? And, also, am I too late to get the Michigan Competitive Scholarship? </p>

<p>I will pm you Monday when I am in my office. You are fine for Promise (assuming it will still be available in the fall - it’s not 100% sure). MCS I am not sure about - don’t know the timeline for certifying, but I think you’ll probably be okay. Hang in there a couple more days. I will find the answers & also a # to call to get the certification completed.</p>
