<p>I know that the early action for MSU is Nov 1 and my application was submitted on Oct 31 since I just really wanted to apply there all of a sudden. My ACT scores and transcript was sent electronically that day too. I'm just wondering if I made the deadline of maximum scholarship consideration since they still have to process the stuff even though I submitted my app on Oct 31?</p>
