For the College of Engineering they care more about your technical GPA (just engineering courses). I understand that this GPA must be at least a 3.0 to even be considered as a direct admit transfer.
Update: I got accepted today. Extremely happy and blessed now the weight is off my shoulders. Thanks everyone for the help it only took 4 days for me.

My application status says “Your application to Michigan State University is currently being reviewed.” and its been like that since the beginning of February. Is it safe to assume that my application is complete or would I have to email them to be confirm it?

Wow that’s great to hear! Congrats! That makes me feel really good because my GPA is almost exactly the same as yours. I know you said yours is 3.45, but did you happen to calculate your technical GPA (engineering courses).
Also, that’s surprising to me that you got accepted on a Sunday.

Your application is not complete if it says that. You just have to keep waiting. Mine says the same thing. I applied late December, when did you apply?
No what I meant was all I have to do is wait right? ( I know waiting sucks tho) I applied late January to COE.
Yes all you must do is wait. I even called admissions on mine and they confirmed that I just have to wait.
@Martex My Technical GPA was an exact 3.3, I applied in November so I’m glad I got my acceptance this early. I think most likely you’ll be fine.

Has anyone else heard anything? I mean come on, we are almost into April.
I’m a freshman, I’ll have 33 credits at the end of this semester. I have A 3.9 gpa and I will still definitely have above a 3.5 after this semester. Theyre waiting to see my transcript because I’m taking math and english currently. Do you think I’ll get in? Ive been anxious for months

I think you have a very good chance of getting. Just do well this semester and everything should be fine.
Does anyone know how long it takes to hear back from the university after submitting my 2nd semester transcripts? I’m assuming it doesn’t take the typical 8-12 weeks.

My preliminary decision was completed this morning. Now it’s my turn to wait for the College of Engineering. @willtohelp you should hear back soon. I applied in November as well.
Accepted today for CoE! Juat a few days after my preliminary review was done.
