Michigan State HC vs South Carolina HC vs University of Georgia

I’m currently conflicted about which university would overall provide the better experience in the long term. At the moment, I am conflicted between International Business and Game Design for potential majors, and the respective schools with honors college have national recognition for those programs (usc for ib and mich state for game design). I know that South Carolina has a media arts program available, but the requirements of the IB track at South Carolina would prevent me from fully realizing those opportunities. Meanwhile Michigan State does have an international business program, but it is regulated to a minor. And either way, both colleges invite identical opportunities with the Honors College. Georgia also has a good business program, but opportunities in game design seem to be far and few between.

Cost is definitely cheapest at UGA, and cost for MSU and USC is relatively the same, although it would be more expensive to travel back and forth from Michigan State to home since I live in the Southeast. I have lived in Michigan before, so I do have an established network of friends that I would be returning to. I do not mind the colder weather in Michigan, so that in itself is not a significant factor.
