Michigan State University's Supply Chain Management Program

So their Supply Chain Management program is ranked #1 in the nation, and for 3 years straight. That's awesome and all, and as someone who is considering business, I'm considering making this my major. But I have some questions. What makes this the top ranked program? Is MSU really that good at teaching? Are the professors for the program good? How about after college; do graduates easily find jobs for a major that's supposedly in high demand? How good/reliable is MSU at getting an undergrad connections and a job?
