<p>I am a freshman at San Diego State University. I am in the college of engineering and to tell you the truth its a joke. I want to transfer to University of Michigan because of how good of school it is. This semester I will probably end up with a 3.6-3.8. How hard will it be to transfer? Do I have to wait untill my junior year? My major would be Civil Engineering.</p>
