any microfridges for rent at BC…just relized we never got any info from outside vendor…also how is the closet size on newton…specifiically hardey?// the one on main campus( for orientaion) it was a suite and it was very deep…trying to figure out # and size of those rubbermaid type drawer units to bring…how many TV"s per dorm room??? one or can each student bring her own??? TIA

I was in Hardey. There is practically no closet space. The closets are wooden frames that stand against the wall. There is no way you could fit a microfridge in it.

ive heard the microfridges from BC are a huge rip-off. better off going to best buy or something like that and buying them seperately.

but im disappionted to hear that the closets are tiny.

yea, I'm also disappointed about the closet space, dang... why do we pay soo much for tuition? is it just to keep the place clean?

My son called Residential Life and they were very helpful about how much space there would be below his bed (to help figure out what storage containers he could bring) and whether he should get the rackrisers. Feel free to give them a call. Go to www.rackraiser.com to rent the Microfridge if you want one.

wow rack raisers are a big ripoff especially the microfridge....I believe we paid about $150 for the microfridge at a SUNY...DD's roommate will bring the fridge and we will bring the microwave and TV.....Thanks everyone!!
