Microsoft Word

Can anyone open up MS Word, go to File → Page Setup and tell me the default margins? Thank you. :D

top - 1"
bottom - 1"
left - 1.25"
right - 1.25"
gutter - 0"

Thank you. Now, to let this thread fade into oblivion...

...while those are the default margins in word, I think it's important to note that in writing papers, the accepted format is 1" margins all around.

Ah, I see. What type of paper? Does this apply to scientific theses as well?

I'm not sure if scientific papers follow different guidelines than the MLA guidelines, but according to MLA guidelines, margins should be 1" on all sides.
