<p>I applied to SUNY Oswego they say I need a 2.3 minimum gpa to transfer. I got a 1.91 with 33 credits last year at York College of Pennsylvania. Will they reject my right away or ask for mid semester grades before making a decision? I attend my local CC now and have close to a 4.0. I sent my SATs too just for the hell of it and I got a 1200 out of 1600.</p>
