<p>So, none of my schools require mid-semester grades but I want to send them anyways. I did pretty bad last semester and I want the schools I'm applying to now to see my spring semester. The problem is...I can't find a form online for mid-semester grades. So what should I do? I don't want them to write it on plain paper b/c they might think it's fake. Thanks</p>
<p>you could ask the professors to put something in writing for you and have them put it in a sealed envelope..then collect them and send them all together..or perhaps reg/records at your school has a form that you can send to them?</p>
